The refund and returns policy last 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

I Had Ordered From This Site, I did not receive my order, but the site says it was delivered.

We Are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise through the mail. Once the package is marked delivered, we can not cancel or refund the order. In this case, check with your local USPS office.
